Changing your booking

Plans change. We understand. That's why we've made it possible for you to change most bookings easily online.

Change your booking online and save

You can change the date and time, the destination and the name of the ticket holder up to 30 minutes before scheduled departure for most destinations online (occasionally you'll need to phone our Contact Centre to change a booking).

Already know what to do? All you need is your profile log-in or your surname and reference number and you can easily change your booking online .

  • Service charge - phone and airport bookings

    There's a service charge (18 EUR per person, each way) for bookings and changes made by phone and at the airport.

  • Cost to change LowFare, LowFare+ and Premium

    • Name change: 45 EUR
    • Rebooking (all flights): 45 EUR + price difference
    • Rebooking (international long haul): 90 EUR + price difference
    • Upgrade to Premium cabin: Price difference
    • Refundable: Non-refundable

    Changes are charged per person, each way. Conditions apply.

  • Free to change Flex and PremiumFlex

    • Name change: Free
    • Rebooking: Free
    • Upgrade to Premium cabin: Price difference
    • Refundable: Fully refundable

Quick changes online!

It's easy just log into your profile (or enter your booking reference and surname) and follow the prompts. Job done!

If you haven't booked with a profile, we'll send a code to the mobile phone registered in the booking to verify it's you.

Cancelling your ticket

The following tickets can be cancelled online:

  • LowFare, LowFare+ and Premium tickets within 4 hours of booking
  • Flex and PremiumFlex tickets will be fully refunded if you cancel or don't use your flight.

For all other tickets, call us to cancel your booking.
